Transgender Day of Remembrance:

Public Cinema and Reading Installation

For this event, IMA READ curated a 24-hour public cinema and reading installation in Galleri Snerk´s display window, from 19-22 November, 2015.

The public installation was organised in connection with Chapter II: "Vogue"; however, this event was organised for the International Transgender Day of Rememberance. Over the four days, IMA READ wanted to acknowledge the dispproportionate and systemic violence against Black, Indigenous, POC, Transgender indivduals who face violence everyday, world wide.
